{"id":2908,"date":"2018-09-24T18:02:26","date_gmt":"2018-09-24T18:02:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ing.uc.cl\/estructural-y-geotecnica\/?p=2908"},"modified":"2018-09-24T18:02:26","modified_gmt":"2018-09-24T18:02:26","slug":"experto-realiza-seminario-de-simulacion-hibrida-en-ingenieria-uc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ing.uc.cl\/estructural-y-geotecnica\/experto-realiza-seminario-de-simulacion-hibrida-en-ingenieria-uc\/","title":{"rendered":"Experto realiza seminario de simulaci\u00f3n h\u00edbrida en Ingenier\u00eda UC"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">El profesor del Departamento de Obras Civiles de la Universidad T\u00e9cnica Federico Santa Mar\u00eda (USM), Gast\u00f3n Fernandois realiz\u00f3 el seminario: \u201cSimulaci\u00f3n h\u00edbrida real: fundamentos y estado del arte\u201d, al que asistieron profesores, investigadores y alumnos de pregrado y postgrado del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Estructural y Geot\u00e9cnica de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica, en el marco del programa Ingenier\u00eda 2030 de Corfo.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El profesor del Departamento de Obras Civiles de la Universidad T\u00e9cnica Federico Santa Mar\u00eda (USM), Gast\u00f3n Fernandois realiz\u00f3 el seminario: \u201cSimulaci\u00f3n h\u00edbrida real: fundamentos y estado del arte\u201d, al que asistieron profesores, investigadores, alumnos de postgrado y pregrado del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Estructural y Geot\u00e9cnica de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica, en el marco del programa Ingenier\u00eda 2030 de Corfo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El seminario fue organizado por el Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Estructural y Geot\u00e9cnica UC y el Departamento de Obras Civiles de la USM como parte de una iniciativa destinada a coordinar esfuerzos docentes en cuanto a investigaci\u00f3n para mejorar en forma conjunta las capacidades de los laboratorios experimentales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambas universidades trabajan desde 2014 como consorcio en el proyecto Ingenier\u00eda 2030 de Corfo, con el objetivo de apoyar la transformaci\u00f3n de Chile hacia un pa\u00eds desarrollado a trav\u00e9s de la promoci\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento de base cient\u00edfica-tecnol\u00f3gica y social.<br \/>\n\u201cLos seminarios a cargo de acad\u00e9micos invitados, tanto de Chile como del extranjero, son eventos que enriquecen enormemente la vida intelectual de una instituci\u00f3n universitaria, raz\u00f3n por la cual estamos siempre promoviendo estas iniciativas como departamento\u201d, explic\u00f3 el director del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Estructural y Geot\u00e9cnica, Diego L\u00f3pez-Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel mundial, Chile es uno de los laboratorios naturales m\u00e1s destacados para el estudio de los desastres de origen natural, donde conceptos y modelos pueden ser puestos a prueba. Es por esta raz\u00f3n, que adem\u00e1s de profesores y alumnos de Ingenier\u00eda, asistieron al seminario investigadores del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n para la Gesti\u00f3n Integrada del Riesgo de Desastres (CIGIDEN), equipo multidisciplinario e integrado que genera conocimiento cient\u00edfico y t\u00e9cnico para contribuir a mejorar la forma en que el ciclo de la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo es
