Christian Hartz, el d\u00eda <strong>viernes 8 de Marzo a las 13:00 horas<\/strong> en el Auditorio San Agust\u00edn, Edificio San Agust\u00edn, Campus San Joaqu\u00edn.<\/p>\n<h3>Abstract<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dise\u00f1o de edificios de gran altura suele estar controlado por las carga del viento. Determinar la carga del viento no es trivial: las estructuras, espec\u00edficamente el &#8220;sistema estructural lateral&#8221; (Main Wind Force Resisting System &#8211; MWFRS) y la forma del edifi\fcio, interact\u00faan con el viento de forma din\u00e1mica y variable en el tiempo. Es decir, la estructura y viento se afectan mutuamente. La f\u00edsica del problema require un gran abanico de t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas para el dise\u00f1o de dichas estructuras. La presentaci\u00f3n abordar\u00e1 el proceso de dise\u00f1o de rascacielos considerando los efectos del viento como el mayor solicitante sobre el mismo.<\/p>\n<h3>Breve Biograf\u00eda<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Christian Hartz es doctor, master, e ingeniero estructural de la Technische Universitat Berlin, y actualmente es profesor en Technische Universitat Dortmund. Adem\u00e1s, trabaj\u00f3 por varios a\u00f1os en la fi\frma Skidmore, Owings &amp; Merrill LLP (SOM) en Chicago.
