Este trabajo trata del impacto que tienen los sistemas exteriores de protecci\u00f3n solar complejos en el control de las ganancias solares a trav\u00e9s de ventanas, y su potencial efecto en la reducci\u00f3n del consumo de energ\u00eda de aire acondicionado y mejoras en confort visual de los ocupantes del edificio.
