Sin embargo, la tasa de contrataci\u00f3n femenina baj\u00f3 en el primer semestre de 2024: de un 50\u202f% a cerca de un 33\u202f%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico, el Departamento de Miner\u00eda UC destaca con un 37\u202f% de matr\u00edculas femeninas para 2025, superando la media nacional y proyectando un futuro m\u00e1s equitativo para la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La profesora <strong>Irene del Real<\/strong>, acad\u00e9mica de Miner\u00eda UC, comenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSabemos que los grupos m\u00e1s diversos suelen tener las mejores soluciones a los grandes desaf\u00edos, y la miner\u00eda actual y del futuro es uno de ellos.
