Este documento est\u00e1 impulsado por Laboratorio de Cambio Social y por los centros BRT+ y CEDEUS y la agrupaci\u00f3n ciudadana Ciudad Viva.<\/p>\n<p>Balance de Transporte Justo constituye una colaboraci\u00f3n entre 25 investigadores, 5 universidades y 7 organizaciones ciudadanas en Santiago y Temuco &#8211; Padre Las Casas. El informe posee 48 p\u00e1ginas con indicadores cuantitativos y cualitativos, 5 art\u00edculos de apoyo en espa\u00f1ol y 5 c\u00e1psulas resumen sobre las ideas clave, junto con existir un sitio web para facilitar su revisi\u00f3n (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cambiarnos.cl\/balance-de-transporte-justo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/www.cambiarnos.cl\/balance-de-transporte-justo\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>El lanzamiento consisti\u00f3 en un conversatorio que inici\u00f3 con palabras de nuestra profesora <strong>Lake Sagaris<\/strong>. En sus palabras, la tarea de realizar un Balance de Transporte Justo era intuitiva y urgente. \u00ab<em>Para la sociedad chilena, temas como la igualdad y la equidad no son temas sencillos, y nos pareci\u00f3 interesante c\u00f3mo los pod\u00edamos abordar desde la academia<\/em>\u00ab. Particularmente, el Balance muestra que los sistemas de transporte en Chile son tremendamente injustos, situaci\u00f3n que de ser corregida generar\u00eda m\u00faltiples beneficios para la equidad, la inclusi\u00f3n social y entre otros desaf\u00edos. Una de las conclusiones m\u00e1s importantes del trabajo realizado es que existe consenso sobre qu\u00e9 hacer y c\u00f3mo hacerlo, pero existen importantes barreras institucionales que requier\u00edan de reformas profundas (principalmente re-ubicar la gesti\u00f3n de transporte, programas sociales y de uso de suelo en las regiones y ciudades).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8205\" style=\"width: 144px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8205\" class=\"wp-image-8205 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ing.uc.cl\/transporte-y-logistica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/muoz.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"134\" height=\"150\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8205\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Profesor Juan Carlos Mu\u00f1oz<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, expuso el profesor del Departamento y director de CEDEUS <strong>Juan Carlos Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>. En su presentaci\u00f3n coment\u00f3 sobre los tremendos problemas de equidad que existen en nuestro pa\u00eds. \u00ab<em>Tenemos un nivel de segregaci\u00f3n enorme, y tiene que ver con el poco esfuerzo que hacemos desde la gobernanza por subsanar estos problemas. En santiago tenemos una ciudad casi semi feudal (&#8230;) uno podr\u00eda identificar las paredes del castillo y barrios rid\u00edculamente homog\u00e9neos, lo que provoca que exista una ausencia de servicios en ciertos sectores y que algunos viajes sean tremendamente largos<\/em>\u00ab. En este sentido, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a pesar de que vivamos en la misma ciudad, nuestras experiencias son distintas.
