Professor Juan Carlos Muñoz is the leader of this CONICYT FONDAP Center, which is affiliated with the Universidad de Concepción and the Center for Sustainable Urban Development of the University of Columbia (USA). This Center aims to understand the dynamics, instruments, and processes underlying decision making so as to implement fair, sustainable improvements in general quality of living.
