The Minor of Depth in Food Engineering is aimed at students in the Chemical Engineering major. It is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge for success in the growing food industry and an understanding of the effect of physical, chemical and biological changes on the quality of raw materials from agriculture and the sea, and applying them to the formulation of new foods.
