Intern for your own venture

Students may be able to fulfill their Professional Internship II requirements by interning for their own business venture. In such cases, students should replace the “Business Evaluation” form with a work portfolio evidencing that the student has acquired the competencies required to earn the Professional Internship II credits. This portfolio should be included as an ANNEX to the internship report.

The provided portfolio should present point-by-point arguments for how the student has met each of the six objectives required to earn the Professional Internship II credits. These arguments should be demonstrated through figures, photos, tables, presentations, etc.

Professional Internship II credits will be granted only after due review and approval of all materials by the Office of Undergraduate Studies.
